A Quick Plant Parent PSA 🚨

Because of strict biosecurity rules (and to keep our local ecosystems safe), we sadly cannot ship plants to SA, TAS, NT, or WA. To avoid any plant-based heartbreak, please make sure your lucky gift recipient lives in QLD, VIC, NSW, or the ACT before snagging a voucher!

Gift Voucher FAQs: Everything You Need to Know 🌿💸

Wait, do you ship plants everywhere in Australia?

To keep our local ecosystems safe, strict biosecurity rules mean we sadly cannot ship plants to SA, TAS, NT, or WA. To avoid any plant-based heartbreak, please make sure your lucky gift recipient lives in QLD, VIC, NSW, or the ACT before snagging a voucher!

How do they actually redeem their plant cash?

    It’s too easy!

    • Online: Just type the unique voucher code into the gift card box at checkout.
    • In-Person: Flashing the digital voucher (or a printed copy) to our friendly team at the pop-up register works like a charm.

Can they use the voucher across multiple purchases?

Absolutely! If they don't spend the whole amount on one rare heavy-hitter, the remaining balance stays on the voucher for their next plant haul.

    Does the voucher expire?

Nope, no need to rush! In line with Australian consumer law, our gift vouchers are valid for a full 3 years from the date of purchase. That gives them plenty of time to hunt down their dream plant baby.

Can they buy pots and accessories with it too?

You bet! The voucher is their golden ticket for anything in our store—from lush greenery to stylish pots and soil. For more details on our full range of offerings and events.
