Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we are unable to accept returns. However, our 7-day plant guarantee means if your plant arrives in poor health, we'll replace it.

What If You're Not Home?

  • We attempt one delivery to your location.
  • If you're not home, the driver will try to leave your order in a safe location.
  • If a safe drop isn't possible, the delivery will be marked unsuccessful, and we will be in touch with next steps.

Important Notes & The Fine Print

  • Delivery to a Parcel collection point is not possible.
  • Please ensure your nominated address can accept deliveries during both the week and weekends, as we cannot facilitate "only weekend" or "only weekday" deliveries.
  • We are unable to provide ETA timings other than the delivery window provided.
  • Changes to delivery addresses are not possible once the order is placed.
  • We do our very best while packing, but please allow for some minor leaf damage due to transport or climate change. If your plant looks like it has wilted during transit, we recommend giving it some water right away—this should help it recover—or you can reach out to our horticulturalists on Facebook for help.
