How Do Deliveries Work?
Depending on where you're located, here is how we get your plants to you:
- Metro Areas: We deliver within a 50km radius of major cities.
- Regional Areas: If you are not within 50km of a major city, you can shop in our Regional store, and we'll send a select range of plants to you via Australia Post.
- Unavailable Zones: We cannot currently ship to SA, WA, NT, or TAS.
Shipping Costs
- Flat Rate: Shipping is $29.
- Free Metro Shipping: Available to Metro areas (Zone 1—within 25km of the CBD) when you spend over $299.
- Zone Discounts: Zones 2 & 3 receive a $15 discount when spending over $299.
- Regional Freight: Regional orders are not eligible for discounted shipping.
- Combine Orders: If you shop more than once during an event cycle, just add your previous order number at checkout to combine your orders and receive free shipping.
Delivery Lead Times
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed on or before a specific date. However, many of our deliveries arrive early, though we ask you to allow extra time during busy periods.
Sydney: Between July 13th and July 16th
Melbourne: Between July 14th and July 17th
Canberra: Between July 14th and July 17th
Regional Store: Dispatched by July 9th via Australia Post Regular Post from our Brisbane warehouse.
What If You're Not Home?
- We attempt one delivery to your location.
- If you're not home, the driver will try to leave your order in a safe location.
- If a safe drop isn't possible, the delivery will be marked unsuccessful, and we will be in touch with next steps.
Important Notes & The Fine Print
- Delivery to a Parcel collection point is not possible.
- Please ensure your nominated address can accept deliveries during both the week and weekends, as we cannot facilitate "only weekend" or "only weekday" deliveries.
- We are unable to provide ETA timings other than the delivery window provided.
- Changes to delivery addresses are not possible once the order is placed.
- We do our very best while packing, but please allow for some minor leaf damage due to transport or climate change. If your plant looks like it has wilted during transit, we recommend giving it some water right away—this should help it recover—or you can reach out to our horticulturalists on Facebook for help.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Metro areas within a 50km radius of major cities. If you live outside the 50km metro zone, you can still shop in our Regional store, and we'll send a select range of plants to you via Regular Australia Post. Unfortunately, we aren't able to ship to Western Australia (WA), the Northern Territory (NT), or Tasmania (TAS) at this time. Additionally, please note that in-person pick-ups are no longer facilitated.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to your door comes at a flat rate of $29. However, if you're in a Metro area (Zone 1, within 25km of the CBD), shipping is completely free when you spend over $299. For those in Zones 2 and 3, you receive a $15 discount on your shipping if your order exceeds this amount.
If you shop more than once during an event cycle, you can combine your orders to receive free shipping by simply adding your previous order number at checkout. Please note that regional orders are not eligible for discounted shipping.
Can I choose a specific delivery time or change my address?
Our delivery timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed on or before a specific date, although we always try our absolute best. We also cannot provide ETA timings outside of the event delivery window.
Once an order has been placed, changes to the delivery address are not possible.
Please ensure your nominated address can accept deliveries on both weekdays and weekends, including holidays, as we are unable to facilitate "only weekend" or "only weekday" deliveries. We also cannot deliver to parcel collection points.
What happens if I’m not home when you deliver?
We will attempt one delivery to your location. If you aren't home, our friendly driver will try to find a safe location to leave your order. In the event that a safe drop is not possible, your delivery will be marked as unsuccessful and our team will notify you with alternative arrangements and next steps.
Is minor damage or wilting normal after shipping?
While we do our absolute best when packing up your plant babies, please allow for some potential minor leaf damage during transportation caused by packaging or climate change.
If your plant looks like it has wilted during transit, we recommend giving it some water right away to help it recover and settle in.

What is the Jungle Plant Guarantee?
After fulfilling over 50,000 successful online orders, we pride ourselves on getting the best quality plants right to your door. However, because plants are living things, accidents can happen. If any item arrives damaged or is not to your satisfaction, simply notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will happily offer you a replacement, refund, or credit. We've always got your back!
