But since our green friends are living things, we know that unexpected travel incidents can sometimes happen. If your new plant baby arrives damaged, don't panic! Just let us know within 7 days of delivery, and we will sort it out with a refund or store credit.

What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we are unable to accept returns. However, our 7-day plant guarantee means if your plant arrives in poor health, we'll replace it.
How do I make a claim?
Simply email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the plant. Our team will review and arrange a replacement promptly.
Can I exchange my plant?
